The average value of selling recycled trash given a equal distribution of obtaining each of the trash items is ~41g. It can be valued at e.g. 71 g when using the buying price of 150g(instead of 15g) for coal. The below tables assume the lower value of 41g.

Any catch below the value of 75 g can be turned into sashimi and sold for 75g (exept for clams which are not recognized as fish and therefore also don't benifit from the angler profession).

The prices do not include the price of bait (to do so, deduct 5g of each value).
