速度 is a statistic that refers to how fast the player or his/her weapon moves.  武器速度 和 玩家速度 不是一个概念。Each can be affected in a variety of ways.

武器速度

The following foods increase 玩家速度. 咖啡 is available at 星之果实餐吧 every day for 300金, but the other dishes may appear only randomly on 格斯' menu.

Note: A single buff of movement speed appears to be a +17% movement speed increase that stacks with the speed increase while riding a Horse, bringing movement speed to a whopping +47%.
